While our fees and rates may vary based on the type of project a general
outline is below. Please email or phone for more specific costs
related to your detailed project. We believe that we can accomplish
more for you per hour of billable time than any of our competitors.
All work done
at your site is billed by the hour, day, week , month or whatever term is
contracted. Work done at our offices is billed in 15 minute
increments. Any and all costs and/or expenses incurred are billed at
the exact cost or expense.
Website Consulting/Design/Maintenance:*
- $50/hour when done in-house
- $75/hour for time spent at your location
Technology Consulting:*
- $60 for one(1) hour Initial Consultation (new clients)
- $75/hour for all work required
outside of TechHelp Offices
PC/LAN Hardware/Software/Support: (only for local clients, parts
not included)
- $75/hour (travel is billed at
this rate for the amount of time spent in transit one-way from our office
to yours).
- carry-in (you bring your PC to us)
minimum charge is $50, maximum charge is $100 unless an expedited repair
is requested. Parts not included.
IT Project Management:*
Project Lead (available by day, week or month)
- $1,000/day for
eight hour day
- $4,500/week
for 5 day week
- $15,000/month
Other Project Roles

Wireless Networks: (Businesses or Residences)*
- $75/hour plus expenses
(travel is billed at this rate for the amount of time spent in transit
one-way from our office to yours).
* All actual costs and expenses are billed in addition to the hourly
rate or fee quoted above.
